Important Things You Need to Know

We founded Kusumina Perfums with one goal in mind: providing our special customers the world’s best olfactory experience through our luxurious 100% Natural Perfums. We hope that you will fall in love with your order, however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of receipt of your order. To return, you must contact customerservice@kusumina.com within 5 days of delivery. We do not offer returns on opened, used, altered or damaged products. Any returns must be in its original, unopened packaging.
